Booking Information

The booking procedure is as follows:
First a provisional booking must be made via email or telephone stating a contact telephone number in either case.
Confirmations of bookings are made with a deposit of £5.00 per person. For Christmas bookings the deposit is £10.00 (see Christmas Page)
The bookings must be confirmed at least 14 days after the provisional booking is made. In cases where the arrival date is less than 14 days from the provisional booking then the deposit must be paid immediately.
Forms of payment for deposits should be made with a credit card over the telephone or posting of a cheque for the amount payable to ‘Bouzouki by Night’. In cases where a cheque is posted please ensure that it is sent in good time so that it can be cleared prior to your arrival.
Deposits are non refundable and this is left to the discretion of the management.
For Christmas bookings please go to the Christmas booking information as the conditions and procedures are different from the normal period.
Payment of balances for meals can be paid on the night. However, arrangements can be made for these to be paid prior to arrival if desired. Facilities for buying drinks by ‘cash on delivery’ or over the bar exist so as to keep each persons expense separate.
Meal selections must be forwarded at least 7 days prior to arrival preferably by naming each person. You can use the Meal Selections Forms available on our website.
People that want to join a party without having a meal will be charged an entrance fee of £8.00.
Service charge is not included but left to your discretion

A variety of dishes will be served for you to share and take you for a culinary trip around Greece, Cyprus and the Eastern Mediterranean. Starting with cold dips which include your favourites such as Houmous and Tzatziki served with Greek Salad and hot Pita Bread. Then, appetizing dishes like Aubergines Imam (with tomatoes, onions and herbs), Gigantes (oven baked butter beans) followed by tasty nibbles such as Spanakopites (spinach & feta mini pies) Pastourmas (spicy sausages), fried Haloumi Cheese and Chicken Kebabs. Finally, specialities such as Mousaka and Stifado (beef casserole), finish off the Feast of Flavours. !!! STRONGLY RECOMMENDED !!!

Pots of Houmous and Tzatziki together with a selection of tasty light bites from the Meze Greek Banquet (see above) served with a Greek Salad garnish and Pita Bread, make this a great individual meal with variety.
Please Note: For large orders of the Variety Platter the selected dishes will be served separately (like the Meze Banquet above) for people to share

APPETISERS

HOUMOUS (V) - Pureed chickpeas, garlic and lemon
TZATZIKI (V) - Yogurt, cucumber, fresh herbs and garlic
GREEK SALAD (V) - Tomatoes, cucumber, green peppers and red onions topped with feta cheese, olives, oregano and olive oil
HALOUMI (V) - Traditional Cypriot cheese fried with tomatoes and garnished with pesto
KEFTETHES - Greek style meatballs in tomato sauce sprinkled with grated cheese
AUBERGINES IMAM STYLE
Diced aubergines oven baked with onions, tomatoes, herbs and spices
SPANAKOPITES (V) - Filo pastry triangles filled with spinach, leeks and feta.
PASTOURMAS - Spicy chilli sausages served with a salad garnish and Houmous.

MAIN COURSES

MOUSAKA - Meat or Vegetarian Layers of potatoes, aubergines and mince meat ragout topped with béchamel. The vegetarian version is made with a vegetable and lentil ragout
KLEFTIKO - From A Cypriot dish of tender lamb on the bone cooked slowly in the oven with potatoes.
CHICKEN KEBAB - Diced Chicken on skewers simply grilled with a sprinkling of oregano and served with rice, a Tzatziki pot and a salad garnish.
STIFADO - Tender beef casserole with onions, red wine vinegar, red wine, tomato and spices. Served with rice.
KEFTETHES - Tasty Greek style meatballs in tomato sauce served with rice.

SPINACH & FETA FILO PARCEL (V) - Oven baked and served on a bed of tomato sauce.
