Booking Information

•The booking procedure is as follows:
•First a provisional booking must be made via email or telephone stating a contact telephone number in either case.
•Confirmations of bookings are made with a deposit of £5.00 per person. For Christmas bookings the deposit is £10.00 (see Christmas Page)
•The bookings must be confirmed as soon as possible after the provisional booking is made. In cases where the arrival date is less than 14 days from the provisional booking then the deposit must be paid immediately.
•Forms of payment for deposits should be made with a credit card over the telephone or posting of a cheque for the amount payable to ‘Bouzouki by Night’. In cases where a cheque is posted please ensure that it is sent in good time so that it can be cleared prior to your arrival.
•Deposits are non refundable and this is left to the discretion of the management.
•For Christmas bookings please go to the Christmas booking information as the conditions and procedures are different from the normal period.
•Payment of balances for meals can be paid on the night. However, arrangements can be made for these to be paid prior to arrival if desired. Facilities for buying drinks by ‘cash on delivery’ or over the bar exist so as to keep each persons expense separate.
•Meal selections must be forwarded at least 7 days prior to arrival preferably by naming each person. You can use the Meal Selections Forms available on our website.
•People that want to join a party without having a meal will be charged an entrance fee of £8.00.
•Service charge is not included but left to your discretion
